Thursday, December 24, Mr. Arcal tried to reach Ms. Pesqué, Director Corporate Services, without success. According to the Secretariat Mr Deputy Mayor, she had to call back in the day. Obviously it did not happen.
It is still impossible to reach relevant interlocutors in city hall. All requests are closed door!
