Mr Arcal, accompanied by a representative of the support group, visited the residence Louis Fliche to identify housing emergency accommodation provided at the council.
In fact, halfway houses of residence does not fall within the law DALO but are managed by a private association, the AFTAM, who did that welcomes individuals to file for a rehabilitation (not in a hurry), and in no case families.
