Shingles Under The Breasts

Implementation of DALO

Draft Press Release prepared by the Housing Commission

"The state can not remain outside the law"

Democratic Movement endorsed the cry of the committee monitoring the implementation of the right to housing . Despite the significant increase in the number of relocations, the number of applicants without a priority offer of housing at 30 June 2010 was 14,000 (including 12,500 for the Paris region alone). This figure has doubled since a year and increases the number of appeals.

How can we speak of security for citizens while the basic right youth, seniors and families have a roof is not respected in France?
How can credit the government for resolute action against the poor housing that instead of taxing the wealthiest among us to help victims of the crisis, chooses to make cuts in the budgets of public housing or in allocations to communities?

Democratic Movement calls for national unity on this issue so that our citizens may one day no longer afraid of ending up on the street the hazards of destiny. Every effort must be put in line to meet the emergency and work to eliminate the deficit in housing construction last 25 years.

Enough words, it is now as we are invited to the monitoring committee "to leave the Ile-de-France impasse" so that the great Paris is first that of its inhabitants. It should also accelerate the fight against inadequate housing and substandard housing throughout France. Let us give meaning to the policy by allowing it to change the natural course of self-interest to promote a more humane society.

Democratic Movement solemnly demand a debate on these issues so that the committee's proposals for monitoring the implementation of the right to housing are implemented.
